1. Activate your BetterUp account: Create an account here using your Salesforce email address. If you already have a BetterUp account, simply log in with the Salesforce (or Slack) email address associated with your account.
   
   Note: Your work email address is used to confirm your eligibility to join through Salesforce.

2. Craft your plan: Take a brief assessment to get your current wellbeing insights and see Coaches matched to your goals and needs.
   

3. Choose your Coach: Select a Coach from your matches and schedule your first session.

4. Explore your plan: BetterUp comes with 1:1 coaching whenever you need it, live Studio Workshops, curated resources, and a team of Care Guides for concierge support — anytime, anywhere.

5. Download the BetterUp app on Slack and mobile: Add the BetterUp Slack app to stay on top of your coaching journey with session reminders, Coach message notifications, and personalized recommendations in your flow of work. Easily access BetterUp by downloading the mobile app on the Apple App Store or on Google Play.

BetterUp coaching is covered by Salesforce. There is no cost to join and use BetterUp for all Salesforce employees, including part-time employees.

This coaching plan focuses on personal growth and wellbeing and is a B-Well benefit available at no cost for all Salesforce employees. If you are already using leadership coaching from BetterUp, this enhances your existing plan with new tools and features — including live Studio Workshops and concierge from a team of Care Guides to help you navigate BetterUp and all of your Salesforce benefits.
